Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Orders generally ship within 1-5 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Made-to-order products may have longer lead times, as indicated on their product pages. Processing and lead times refer to the time required before shipment and do not include carrier transit time.
You will receive tracking details as soon as your items ship via email. Some items may arrive in separate packages, and you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

We only ship to the US.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary depending on the dimensions and weight of your order. Available shipping options and their costs will be displayed at checkout after entering your shipping address.

Shipping Methods:

We ship via UPS and USPS. Certain items can only be shipped via Ground transportation. In these cases, Ground shipping will be the only available option at checkout.

Large and Heavy Orders:

For large and heavy orders, we may switch your shipping method to freight to ensure the products are safely handled and delivered.

Free Shipping:

We may offer Free Shipping on certain products or as part of promotional offers. Eligible products will display a "Free Shipping" banner on our website. Free shipping offers apply only to the continental United States, and orders will ship via Ground transportation.
