Description:
Cortec® EcoSonic® ESD Paper combines corrosion inhibiting and static-dissipative properties. This paper eliminates static electricity buildup through the use of a coating made from soybean oil on the surface of the paper. The anti-static protection is thermally stable in excess of 392ºF (200ºC), pH stable between 2 and 11 at temperatures in excess of 100ºF (38ºC) for several days. Protects ferrous and non ferrous metals. Free of nitrites, phosphates, silicates or hazardous compounds.

How to Use:
Make sure parts are clean and dry. Then simply wrap your sensitive electronic metal items in the paper to protect them from static electricity buildup and corrosion. Fold the edges together and tape to hold the paper in place. Parts can be welded, painted and soldered. Ecosonic® ESD Paper does not influence physical properties of electrical components including conductivity and resistance.
