Description:
Dexssil Food Grade Penetrant is an NSF H1 multipurpose penetrating and lubricating oil designed for equipment used in food processing, beverage, brewing, packaging, paper and textile facilities.
Its mineral oil-based formula with corrosion inhibitors has low surface tension, allowing it to penetrate tight spaces, loosen rusted and corroded components, displace moisture and leave behind a light lubricating film that helps protect metal surfaces against corrosion.
Registered by the NSF in Category H-1. Registration Number 174302. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 - Lubricants with Incidental Food Contact.

Dexssil Food Grade Penetrant penetrates between close-fitting components to help release seized or corroded parts.
Its excellent wetting properties allow the oil to spread across metal surfaces and displace moisture. After application, it leaves a light lubricating and corrosion-inhibiting film to help protect equipment operating in humid and wet environments.

How to Use:
Spray evenly onto components requiring penetration, lubrication, moisture displacement or corrosion protection.
Use only the amount necessary to achieve the desired lubrication or protection. When used in food-processing areas, minimize incidental food contact and follow applicable facility sanitation procedures.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for use on corroded nuts, bolts and fasteners, hinges and frame joints, pins and guide mechanisms, food and beverage processing equipment, brewery equipment, packaging machinery, paper and cardboard cutting equipment, textile machinery, and equipment exposed to humid or wet conditions.
